This study aims is to analyze the scientific research environment and its valorization to create spin-offs in Algeria.
herein, this work is devoted in the first place to the explanation of the valorization process of scientific research results obtained, and the companies which can result from this scientific activity.
in addition, the analytical approach has been discussed to deduce the strong and weak points of this field in Algeria.
the results obtained confirm the insufficiency of the whole devices and measures setting by the Algerian authorities for the promotion of the academic spin-offs and scientific research valorization and still remain poor to create a favorable and solid ecosystem for the success of this activity in our country.

L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser l’environnement de la recherche scientifique et sa valorisation dans le but de créer des spin-offs en Algérie.
ce travail est consacré en premier lieu à l’explication du processus de valorisation des résultats de recherches scientifiques obtenues, de plus des entreprises qui peuvent en résulter de cette activité scientifique.
parallèlement, l’approche analytique a été discutée afin de déduire les points forts et faibles de ce secteur en Algérie.
les résultats obtenus confirment l’insuffisance de l’ensemble des dispositifs et mesures mises en place par les autorités Algériennes au profit de la promotion des spin-offs académiques et de valorisation de la recherche scientifique d’une manière générale et restent encore maigre pour créer un écosystème propice et solide pour la réussite de cette activité dans notre pays.
