The study aimed to search for emotional security among children who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of spousal violence of their parents, and how this affects their psychosocial development, and for this we chose an intentional sample consisting of 100 school children aged between (6 to 12) one year of both sexes (50 males and 50 females).

where the results resulted in the presence of low psychological security degrees for most of the sample members, and this led to the emergence of problems at the level of admission behaviors (anxiety, depression, introversion and physical complaints) and problems at the level of output behaviors (deviant and aggressive behaviors) and the results also showed a strong relationship between low feelings of psychological security and high feelings of threat and blame, and between the latter and problems of introgression behaviors and between the latter and PTSD symptoms and a strong relationship between high feelings of blame and problems of extraction, and we also found a significant effect of the degree of exposure to marital violence on the decrease in feelings of security and the latter on growth.
