Abstract EN

Study seeks to reveal the reality of the professional life of the professor in university, as the main pillar upon which the educational process is based in the institution, in order to achieve the objectives of this study, it was relied on scale for revealing the professional life of university professor, describe the working conditions and social relations within the university, and the system of incentives and reward, the study sample consisted of 284 professors from several Algerian universities.

the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between university professors (study) in their opinions about the quality of professional life at the university, according to gender, academic rank, seniority, and the results showed that the most university professors seeks to improve the quality of their professional life.
