ICT as a mechanism for activating corporate governance and its effect on raising the quality of hotel services : an empirical study on a group of hotels in western Algeria

in this study, we used a combination of descriptive statistics tools represented in arithmetic averages, as well as correlation coefficients to analyze the answers of 72 questionnaires by using SPSS 21 program, the results of the research concluded that there is a correlation between the application of corporate governance and ICT, and the ICT is an extension and the part of corporate governance in hotel institutions as we have concluded that the application of corporate governance obliges the hotel to apply ICT, which has been proven by the opinions of various actors at the hotel level.
