من خلال هذه الورقة قمنا معالجتنا لموضوع صندوق لزكاة كمؤسسة تصنع معالم التكافل بين أفراد المجتمع الجزائري و جعله متماسكا اجتماعيا، قمنا من خلال ذلك بطرح بعض المفاهيم الأساسية حول الزكاة كذا صندوق الزكاة و آلياته و ظرف نشأته، و قد ساهم هذا الأخير كثيرا في خلق جوا من التآلف بين أفراد المتجمع باختلاف مستوياتهم المادية و المعيشية و حارب العدد من الظروف الاجتماعية كالفقر و البطالة، و جعل مستحقي الزكاة مندمجين اجتماعيا، عن طرق دعم المشروعات الصغيرة التي تخلق مناصب شغل في قطاعات اقتصادية متعددة، و عليه عدت الزكاة واحدة من دعائم التنمية في الاقتصاديات الإسلامية.
Abstract EN
It manifests itself through our treatment of the issue of a fund for zakat, an institution that creates features of solidarity among members of the Algerian society and makes it socially cohesive.
with their different financial and living standards, a number of social conditions such as poverty and unemployment were fought, and the recipients of zakat became socially integrated, by supporting small projects that create jobs in multiple economic sectors, and accordingly zakat was considered one of the pillars of development in Islamic economies.
