The fatwa is an area of combining theoretical jurisprudence, evidence of legislation and practice.

and the practice of Touat produced a good set of fatwas group, and non-group, especially in the 12th and 13th centuries hijri and the activity in writing in this field, and through this research paper we try to know the advantages of the fatwa in the region of Touat through a theoretical entrance to introduce the fatwa and mufti and its conditions and classes in the mezhhebe Maliki.

by extrapolating what i could see from the fatwas of the scholars of the region, i found that the fatwa method in the Region of Touat by the theoretical jurisprudence and applied doctrines of the Moroccan school of the Maliki school.

by studying the methodology of the scholars of the region in following the doctrine al-Maliki, and the order of the hierarchy of the ranks of fatwas in the region of Touat, and at the end of this paper translated briefly to the most important of those who sat for fatwas in the region of Touat during the 12th and 13th centuries Hijri, and mentioned the most important writings of the fatwas and the anecdotes in them.
