This article studies and analyses the text of the Arabic intermediate education certificate exam (May 2016 session) in its informative aspect by looking at several textual elements associated with this standard.

this study aims to demonstrate and analyse the exam text based on the informativity features of old Arab critics and communicators through their textual practice.

in the light of the results of recent studies that examined the text in various aspects, the text is achieved by the existence of seven criteria, including the standard of Informativity, and its relationship to the educational process of learning
