تعددت الأزمات والاختلالات الاقتصادية والمالية في العالم لتنتقل العدوى إلى الاقتصاد الجزائري بعدة طرق وعدة أسباب منها طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري الريعي، أسعار الصرف، تذبذب أسعار المحروقات وغيرها من الأسباب؛ ولمجابجة هذه المشاكل اعتمدت الحكومة والسلطات النقدية على مجموعة من السياسات أهمها المالية والنقدية لتحقيق الأهداف العامة للدولة التي من ضمنها الاستقرار المالي.
خلصت الدراسة إلى انتهاج توسعي للسياستين المالية والنقدية مرتبطة بزيادة الإيرادات والنفقات وتدفق السيولة النقدية المتأتية من عائدات المحروقات في حالة ارتفاع أسعارها لتحسين مؤشرات الاستقرار المالي ومنها رفع معدلات النمو وميزان المدفوعات وأسعار الصرف وتقليص العجز الموازني ومعدلات التضخم وحجم الدين العمومي.
Abstract EN
There are many economic and financial crises and imbalances in the world, so that the infection is transmitted to the Algerian economy in several ways and for several reasons, including the nature of the rentier Algerian economy, exchange rates, fluctuations in fuel prices and other reasons; to confront these problems, the government and monetary authorities relied on a set of policies, the most important of which are financial and monetary, to achieve the general goals of the state, including financial stability.
the study concluded an expansionary approach to the fiscal and monetary policies related to the increase in revenues and expenditures and the flow of cash flowing from fuel revenues in the event of a rise in fuel prices to improve indicators of financial stability, including raising growth rates, the balance of payments and exchange rates, reducing the budget deficit, inflation rates and the volume of public debt.

Les crises économiques et financières mondiales se sont propagées à l'économie Algérienne de plusieurs manières, notamment la nature de l'économie rentière, les taux de change, les carburants et autres; les politiques budgétaire et monétaire ont oeuvré pour y faire face et atteindre des objectifs généraux, dont la stabilité financière.
l'étude a conclu une approche expansionniste des deux politiques liées à une augmentation des revenus pétroliers, des dépenses et des flux de trésorerie pour améliorer les indicateurs de stabilité financière, y compris les taux de croissance, la balance des paiements, les taux de change, le budget, le taux d'inflation et le volume des dépenses publiques dette.
