The pharmaceutical industry in Algeria has made phenomenal progress over the past decade.
the performance of the industry is also due to the Algerian authorities' ambition to reduce dependence on foreign pharmaceutical companies.
the purpose of this article is to study the effect of governance practices on the performance of pharmaceutical companies in Algeria.
this is a very delicate sector and its governance remains crucial for the sustainability of the health system.
in order to shed light on the impact of governance practices on performance, a methodological protocol based on logistic regression demonstrated a positive impact of governance on the performance of Algerian pharmaceutical companies.

L'industrie pharmaceutique en Algérie a réalisé une progression phénoménale lors de cette dernière décennie.
la performance réalisée par cette dernière est aussi à imputer à l'ambition des autorités algériennes de réduire la dépendance aux laboratoires pharmaceutiques étrangers.
le présent article a pour objet d'étudier l'effet des pratiques de gouvernance sur la performance des entreprises pharmaceutiques en Algérie.
un secteur, qui de nos jours est très délicat et sa gouvernance demeure cruciale pour la pérennité du système de santé.
afin d'apporter un éclaircissement sur l'impact des pratiques de gouvernance sur la performance, un protocole méthodologique basé sur une régression logistique a démontré un impact positif de la gouvernance sur la performance des laboratoires pharmaceutiques algériens.
