نمذجة الطلب على العمل باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (Ardl)‎: دراسة حالة الجزائر للفترة (1982-2020)‎

Abstract EN

This study aimed to shed light on the subject of modeling of labor demand in Algeria for the period (1982-2021), using the methodology of autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL).

the results indicate that here is a positive effect of selected variables together, while there is a direct impact of GDP and investment, and the negative impact of wages and inflation on the demand for work in the labor market, which is consist with the economic theory in this market, as for the rest of the factors represented in government spending, consumer prices and oil prices, they do not have an individual effect, this can be interpreted as having a long-term effect, as it cannot be achieved in the short term, this is due to the existence of an integration relationship between the variables in the long and short term.
