Abstract EN

This study deals with the topic of the contest's platform of the general directorate of public function as it is considered as one form of digital orientation which aims at optimizing the use of all available information and communication technologies in order to improve the quality of services provided in the field of employment in the public sector.

the main aim of the current study is to unveil the overall advantages this contest platform can guarantee, especially with regard to the embodiment of effective mediation between job bidders and job seekers .

the importance of this study is highlighted by the great interest of various organizations and institutions in the issue of digital platforms by seeking to ensure their application and adoption in a manner that ensures raising the level and quality of services provided.

this study adopted the descriptive approach based on describing the phenomenon as it is in reality, and analyzing it qualitatively to reach an in-depth understanding of it.

the present study reached a number of results, the most important of which was that the contest platform contributed significantly to raising the effectiveness of the process of polarization, in addition to ensuring the achievement of the principle of equality in joining public functions, and in return the need for the platform to expand its use and the need to develop it.
