Abstract EN

The entrepreneurship encourgement is considered as a goal that has an extreme importance in several international economics in different sides, this is caused by the effective role that is made by the foundation of the various economic activities which participate in economic and social development by founding jobs and additive value in addition to fighting poverty.

this is why this resesrch aimed to show the role of the Algerian country as the other countries in the creation of various mecanisms and administratives as agency (such as national agency of supporting and developping entrepreneurship, national agency of micro credit management, national agency of investment development) and cases (such as national case of unemployment insurance, national case of Algerian investment) and incubations and facility centers to accompany and support the young entrepreneurs to reach their ideas and take part in economic development in different coutry states
