The mystical journey in oral poetry often takes two paths; one of them is realistic, concerned with the details of the spatial event, and the second is imaginary, with which the poet targets the conscience and feelings.

hence, this paper came to reveal the secrets and mysticism of this journey, and the chosen model is the journey of the poet Muammar al-Taghzouti to the shrine of his sheikh.

therefore, we pose the following problem-how did the Sufi folk poet Muammar al-Taghzouti artistically embodied his journey to the sanctuary? then what are the real and imaginary spaces that witnessed the details of this event
