Abstract EN

This paper studies the impact of administative leadership in the Algerian public institution on the organizational conflict, a case study of the directorate of state properies in the Wilayat of Tindouf.

the questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the two variables under study by distributing 83 questionnaires to a random sample of the study population.

the study found that the directorate of state properties in the Wilayat of Tindouf adopts the administrative leadership method which contributed to reducing the levels of organizational conflict in the institution under study.

we also recommend the necessity of increasing the number of consultative meetings with all the individuals working within the institution to avoid future conflicts.
