The article aims to attempt to test foreign capital's mobility to Algeria during 2005-2020 using Euler equation model, which relies on a relationship between the consumption flexibility monetary substitution and monetary substitution ratio, we estimate the Euler equation by both period and degree, the results shows that the foreign capital was unable to move in Algeria except in 2016, where the monetary substitution ratio in a near-zero area showed an indication of capital mobility during this year, in addition to the low sensitivity of the monetary substitution ratio to the degree of consumption flexibility monetary substitution in flexibility levels of zero (0), also, the results of simulation showed that the optimal values of consumption flexibility monetary substitution is 1.3651 in overall, also it ranged from-0.195 in 2016 to 0.8812 in 2014.
