This article devotes the business environment as a prevalent factor in the development of social entrepreneurship in Africa, by reviewing the social entrepreneurship model that has been adapted to existing business structures in Africa.
In order to better identify social entrepreneurs we have set up a filtering schema on three scales (identification, qualification and Strategy) In fact, the emergence of social entrepreneurs in Africa remains very limited and largely dependent on support from NGOs and state, this last one, also plays the role of social entrepreneur through a policy of redistribution of revenues to private sector with a view to having a social dimension as a priority.

Cet article consacre l'environnement des affaires en tant que facteur prévalent au développement de l'entreprenariat social en Afrique, et ceci via une revue du modèle d'entreprenariat social adapté aux structures d'entreprises existantes en AfriqueAfin de mieux identifier les entrepreneurs sociaux ou même la prédisposition de certains projets à s'imposer en tant que projet d'entreprenariat social, nous avons Mis en place un schéma de filtrage sur trois échelles (identification, qualification, Stratégie)Dans les faits, l'émergence d'entrepreneurs sociaux en Afrique reste très limitée et largement dépendante de coup de pouce des ONG et de l'état qui également joue le rôle d'entrepreneur social à travers une politique de redistribution des revenus au secteur privé dans une optique prioritairement à dimension sociale
