The internal communication network in any organization is the backbone through which a set of internal and external strategic and tactical objectives are achieved, and this relates to the extent of flexibility of the internal elements of the organization, the most important of which is the organizational structure and the extent of the flow of internal information and its arrival in a timely manner and in the required form within the framework of achieving effectiveness and efficiency in achievement, the various professional levels and the possibility of actual control of all types of internal communications in all directions (upward, downward, horizontal), so that a set of indicators emerge indicating the strength or weakness of the organization on the practical and organizational level and the nature of the relationship between the actors in it, so these are linked strength in the extent of the effectiveness and flexibility of the internal communication science within the framework of the general organizational climate of the organization.
