Our study aims to identify the relationship between well-being at work and motivation, our sample consisted of 50 employers from the national social insurance fund for salaried workers, we adopt descriptive analytical method, though two inquires in order to study the relationship, after tools validation.

as result, the study concluded that there is a weak correlation between the study variables estimated at 0.39, which is a weak value that allows us to say that the relationship between the well-being at work and the motivation of the workers in this study is a weak relationship.
