This article dealt with the legal center of the neglected holder of the commercial paper in the Mauritanian and comparative legislation, from exposure to all relevant topics affected and affected, through exposure to images of neglect, both those related to neglecting the protest release in a timely manner and the required legal forms, both in the protest of non-fulfillment or protest of inadmissibility.

This made it possible to identify the fall through its objective (the claim that falls) and the personal (people who have the right to adhere to the fall.
