This study aims to examine the civil liability of a non-custodial nature and the criminal liability of educational personnel by first addressing the civil aspect.

It addresses the basis of the responsibility of educational personnel, the conditions that must be met to fulfill this responsibility, and the ways or means of discharging this responsibility and the legal regulations adopted in this regard.

The second criminal aspect is the question of the nature and scope of the criminal responsibility of educational personnel, and the obstacles to this responsibility, in the light of modern laws and regulations governing the education and training sector.
