Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the impact of training in the human resources development on the level of the public economic establishment.

the distribution academy electricity and gas of Ouargla has been as a field study case.

to recognize that impact, we have relied on a questionnaire form as a main means for data about the topic.

from this study, we that the increasing interest of the public economic establishment about the training of its human resources is derived from its conviction aiming at the possession of human resources known as employment qualifications that enables it to fulfill the mandatory businesses to the fullest.

considering that the human resources formation in the public economic establishment is a constant activity as the professional path for the workers and employees continues.

we have also come to a conclusion that training has a positive impact on the human resources development in distribution academy electricity and gas of Ouargla, it leads to enhancement and uplifting the employees performance and contributes to their skills development.
