Abstract EN

Blind learners face several problems in the educational stages during their learning journey.

accordingly, this research seeks to shed light on the most significant difficulties and problems, from the primary, middle, and high school to the university stage.

this paper aims to answer some questions that can be considered problematic in this context : to what extent do the components of the Algerian educational curricula affect the education of the blind in the various educational stages ? what are the obstacles facing blind learners in different educational settings ? are they the same barriers facing sighted learners ? what are the suggested solutions for raising the educational level of blind learners ? on this basis, this topic into the following sections.

first, introduce the blind learners' background.

second, the teaching problems blind learners face.

third, the proposed solutions to overcome these obstacles.

the current study depends on the descriptive approaches.
