The manuscript centers of our region are important observatories for researchers for they are important and rich.

the book case (Afniq) of el Cheikh el-Mouhoub Oulahbib is among the most important ones in Algeria.

it contains a lot of manuscripts, in many different sciences.

the book case was created during the 19th century by a very well know family which was characterized by honor, science and leadership.

the grandparents and the grandchildren continued enriching, cleaning and reconstructing for about five generations.

the book case is later used as public domain (waqf) for the students, and it was the direction of all Neighbouring regions.

unfortunately it lived a tragic event as it was burnt by the colonialism.

the remaining parts are regarded as a historical knowledge wealth in the area of Zouaoua specifically and in Algeria in general.

this article aims at displaying the scientific value of the content of the cupboard, and its importance in recording many scientific Knowledges and historical events.

this is what makes it a supreme cupboard both in quantity and quality in the Zouaoua region.

it was as a notebook for the region during the 19th century.
