Tourism is one of the largest growing industries in the world.

Algeria aspires to enter the tourism market, by opening the way for national and foreign private investment in the tourism sector, because of its contribution to advancing the national economy, as it represents the country's national income outside the oil and gas sector owned by Algeria.

Tourist real estate is the backbone of tourism.

For this reason, the legislator allocated several legal texts to it for the proper management of this national wealth, adequate providing protection of the tourist real estate, and the advancement of the tourism sector in Algeria.
