Our current era was distinguished by radical changes in all areas of life, which affected societies in general and the family and their members in particular, among those social changes that have changed the roles in the family and the decline of guardianship among some families, so that their marital partnership in the conduct of family affairs, and this is due to several Factors, including the independence of women scientifically and financially, and the withdrawal of husbands from their marital and parental tasks, as well as for Western calls from some international bodies and agreements, on the pretext of changing the situation, concepts and laws should change to facilitate the situation.
