Abstract EN

Algeria is one of the countries that has a huge ancient cultural heritage, it's noticing in the ruins, sites and historical landmarks, some of are protected and world rated under the cover of a long period of time, that shows the hestorical era passed through it.

Because of this Algeria was taking care about the protection of these properties and holding, valuing them inside and outside the country (nationally & internationally).

Many ways were done in this protection especially in the architectural side, so, the urban planning rules were the great contribution in the cultural real estate protection in plans stipulated by urban planning law and the cultural real estate protection law, also, other laws related to the construction licenses laws.
