Abstract EN

The topic of training and education at time gets great and growing importance because of its necessity in qualifying the human element for the labor market, which meets the needs of economic and social development.

therefore, the problematic of the study is looking at ways to make the human element an effective element in the process of development and cut off the road from it before it turns into a social evil.

accordingly, the study hypotheses are based on that education and training are necessary factors to achieve economic development through the added values that can be provided by the human capital.

in order to answer the problematic of the study and verify the validity of its hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach by employing the methods of analysis and synthesis in the study of the different research rationales.

the study concluded that the vocational training and education sector has a great responsibility in achieving this, if the code of branches and specializations is synchronized with the requirements of scientific and technological developments and the requirements of the labor market.
