The purpose of this paper is to find ways of experimentation and exploration for the various educational actors to better the management and use of pedagogical and organizational practices promoting the students’ professionalization and professional integration.

this is done through a review of the literature of the traditional and pedagogical practices to promote the professionalization of students and facilitate their professional integration.

also, further elements are brought for the reflection and analysis of experiments that have given captivating results that have been proposed to transpose in the context of the Algerian university.
