Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the level of job burnout during the corona crisis with its three dimensions of emotional stress, dull feelings and lack of a sense of personal achievement, and the impact of each of these dimensions on the performance level of administrative staff at Jijel university.

to achieve this, the questionnaire tool was used, and the results of the study showed an average job burnout level, while the performance level of administrative staff at Jijel university was high despite the corona pandemic.

the study also concluded that job burnout adversely affects employee performance by 35.56%.
