بالرغم من التطور الحضاري الذي شهدته الإنسانية، و الذي انعكس على نمط المعيشة في المجتمع، ما زالت البيئة ضرورة اجتماعية لا غنى عنها مهما وصلنا إلى ذروة الرقي، بل أكثر من ذلك أصبحت مظهر من مظاهر الحضارة عندما تكون بالقرب من نظامنا اليومي الذي نعيشه بالمدينة، حيث نتعامل معها وفقا أهداف محددة و آفاق مسطرة، و هو ما يدفعنا للتساؤل : كيف أثر تشريع المدينة على البيئة ؟.
Abstract EN
Despite the civilized development witnessed by humanity, which was reflected in the way of life in society, the environment is still a social necessity that cannot be separated from it no matter how high we reach the heights of sophistication.
Rather, it has become a manifestation of civilization when it is close to our daily system in which we live in the city.
Where he treated the subject according to specific goals and established horizons, which leads us to ask: How did the city's legislation affect the environment?
