Implementing obligation to basic regulations is subject to two kinds of adherence, one of which is in kind and the other is in return, both kinds either go through a manual process requiring judiciary supervision or an automated process, the later does not Imply an issue in the medical field where the parties’ needs are accounted for, whereas matters tend to be complicated in the manual process and that comes to down to many factors, which are transparent through the personal nature of said obligation be it positive or negative, its effects on the human subject, in addition to the difficulties that the judge faces when assessing the compensation, which forces the involvement of the Algerian judicial committee to imply a set of regulations that is befitting to the financial obligations in the medical field.
