The legislative system of social security in Algeria is one of the instruments that most concretize the recommendations of the World Labor Organization in terms of risks covered, the legislator has sought to broaden the circle of beneficiaries of social insurance after having unified this system under the laws of 1983.

However, this trend has an impact on the financing of social security, which has a budget deficit, which is exacerbated during the privatization phase.

This article aims to study mechanisms to reduce the financial deficit of social security funds, indicating the effectiveness of the latter financial rebalancing of these funds.
