Abstract EN

This research aims to test the level of workers ' perception about the relationship between social responsibility and sustainable development.

The research sample comprised 32 workers from BATICIM company.

The data were collected through research questionnaires in a quantitative approach under the descriptive paradigm.

The main results of this study indicate a strong positive relationship between social responsibility and sustainable development، despite the poor conceptual understanding by workers، but the orientation towards social responsibility practices was significative and served the Sustainable Development Goals.
