Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the importance of technological innovation and competitiveness at the executives of one of the private Algerian companies, CONDOR Electronics, it also determines the relationship between technological innovation and competitiveness.

Our population is made up of all executives from CONDOR Electronics located in Bordj Bou-Arreridj, they are of 267 executives.

Our study was conduced on a random sample of 117 executives, represents 44% of the population in 2020.

We used the analytical descriptive method using the questionnaire as a main tool which includes 35 questions and splits into 3 axes.

The most important results that we acheive, are broken down as follows: CONDOR Electronics executives have a high level of technological innovation.

CONDOR Electronics executives have a high level of competitiveness.

There is a positive significant correlation between technological innovation and competitiveness
