قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بقياس كفاءة الفروع الصناعية لقطاع الصناعة في دعم التشغيل في الجزائر، باستخدام أسلوب تحليل مغلف البيانات(DEA) إذ تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 10 فروع صناعية و تمثلت متغيرات الدراسة في المشاريع الاستثمارية التي تم انجازها كمدخلات و مناصب العمل المستحدثة كمخرجات خلال سنة 2018، مع التركيز على مؤشر الكفاءة التقنية لعوائد الحجم المتغيرة ذو التوجه المخرجي.
أظهرت نتائج هذا الأسلوب أن 20% من حجم العينة حقق الكفاءة التقنية و 80% المتبقية هي وحدات غير كفءة، وتم تحديد التحسينات الواجب اتخاذها في مخرجات الوحدات غير كفءة
Abstract EN
This study aims at measuring the efficiency of the industrial subsectors is to support employment in Algeria during the year 2018, using the method of data envelopment analysis on the data of 10 branches of industry.
The study variables is the number of investment projects as inputs and the workplaces created as outputs, with a focus on technical efficiency index of the variable returns to scale – VRS model External orientation.
It was found that 20% of the sample size achieved technical efficiency and the remaining 80% were inefficient.
In addition to identifying improvements in the outputs of the inefficient units and identifying reference units so that they can achieve technical efficiency.
