in this subject we will study the section of intellectual and artistic intellectual property and specifically copyright from the perspective of information specialist, we will try to unveil this subject, which entered the specialty of library science and forced us to define its terms and research in its history and origin and sections and then to go deeper further in the problems raised in the subject of rights the author in the light of modern technological developments, from infringements on the rights of authors in a very sophisticated digital environment.

finally, we will investigate the procedures and reactions of the Algerian legislator on this subject at the international and internal levels.
