The world nowadays lives in a small village due to the enormous technological development which has affected all areas of life, especially the banking sector which has experienced an unprecedented renaissance which has changed the quality of provided by banks, moving from traditional services to more modern services provided by electronic means called E-banking.

a situation forced the Algerian authorities to adapt to this new reality by promulgating the monetary and credit law 90-10 which paved the way for new services provided by banks by allowing them to issue and manage funds of payment.

however, the concept of e-banking has led to the emergence of new types of violations requiring special legal protection.
