It is well known that one of the rights of pregnancy is to preserve and protect it until its birth, and that procreation is no longer limited to natural contact between spouses, but rather occurs even without this contact, such as the process of artificial insemination.

however, there were many practices that would harm the physical entity of the pregnancy from the beginning of its formation, whether in the womb or in the test tube until its birth, as it may result in a distorted pregnancy.

the subject attracted the attention of many jurists who put forward some crimes that can be imagined in these techniques, such as abortion and abortion of a distorted pregnancy resulting from the process of artificial insemination, the aim of this study is to know the ruling on abortion of frozen embryos and deformed pregnancy in the process of artificial insemination.
