Local development has taken on great importance in the general policy of the Algerian state.

it has become the focus of many researchers, given its great importance and the goals it achieves in the short and long term.

It is a comprehensive, integrated process whose success depends on the efforts of an elite group of individuals.

multiform and multifaceted in the development processes linked to the local decision-making process, where a strategy must be developed to create local development, starting from the local region, and through a specific process plan by local elected officials, taking into account the major axes of state policy, and this is what we will try to highlight at the level of the state of al-Bayadh, which lacks material and human capacities, which allows it to reach the desired objective of sustainable local development, which is a challenge to achieve the desired objective, and as a result we will diagnose the reality of local development in this state, within the framework of reforms and measures accompanying the economic recovery policy.
