Due to the scientific characteristics of the Mediterranean sea, and the significant ecological areas it contains, in addition to the important characteristics it possesses, the most important of which is the fish wealth that prevents it, and the origins, and from the south, north Africa, and from the east, the Levant, and therefore it has a strategic position in the world, which made it a place of completion, but the latter faces numerous problems, especially those related to its ecological regions, the most important of which is the * aloud * in its forms and types, which comes from different sources.

and in order to prevent the dangers of marine pollution of the Mediterranean sea, countries have resorted to enacting internal laws, including Algeria, as well as international agreements, to protect the intermediate ecological areas from the dangers of marine pollution, this is what will be discussed in this article.
