This study aims at investigating repetition in Zaki Konsol's poetry, highlighting its artistic and aesthetic significance.

The objective method is used is the study.

The study is divided into an introduction, a preface, and two sections.

The preface introduces the poet, reason for his emigration, concept of repetition, its definition and types.

The first: section deals with repetition through poetic purposes.

Repetition was addressed through the components of text (repetition of letter, word, sentence).

The second section deals with creative repetition (rhyming, assonance and anaphora).

The study revealed that repetition was used for semantic emphasis, and that repetition of words, prepositions and phrases helped to make ideas clearer and stronger.

Introductory repetition was employed with intent of emphasizing, warning, stimulating the recipient to new situation.

Repetition is of value in constructing a poetic text, its consistency and comes with various functions, revealing his desire to emphasize the importance of repetitive meaning, and to address the receiver's conscience with impactful musical rhythms, for diversified repetition functioning as a phonetic and semantic dimension.
