"The placement under electronic surveillance system" is a procedure like the rest of the procedures that both the accused and the convicted can face.

However, from a modern electronic standpoint, the procedural side does not give any motive to say that it is a comprehensive system, which must be established in the form of unified general provisions.

In this study, we find that the placement under electronic surveillance system is a procedural system that must be established with a general entrance, which includes the general legal and lextual provisions that pave the way for accurate procedural study of conditions, people and others.
