The aim of the study Is to emphasize the necessity of integrating corporate governance and risk management to play a controling role, through which work risks are managed and mitigated in corporations, confidence is ieconomic projects is instilled, assuring the existence of fair and transparent policies and rules to protect investors and other stakeholders, and serves as index to meassure the level of Companies professional commitment to the rules of a sound management, transparency and accountability, and guarantee the existence of procedures to reduce corruption.

The study concluded that governance and its mechanisms constitute a key element of the company's evaluation process, and that it represents a factor of reassurance for investors, by controlling and supporting the management of risks associated with its activities, which leads to gaining the confidence of different participants in the financial markets.
