The aim of this research was to find out the impact of an educational program using mental visualization in learning some basic skills in volleyball, and the research community was represented by second-year secondary students in the city of Medea, while a sample of (34) students was taken from it, and this sample makes up 34.

The researchers used the experimental approach with two equivalent groups (control and experimental), and the research sample was divided into two equal and homogeneous groups, and after applying the proposed educational program to the experimental group, measurements and tests were carried out, and using appropriate statistical means, and through the results obtained, it was concluded The researchers pointed to the great effectiveness of mental visualization in improving the learning process of students for skills.
