And so we have to exploit the surplus in manufacturing, whether by siren or dehydration, The latter enables us to get a long-term storable product global demand is high and at excellent prices, For the success of the drying project, we need to take into account all phases of reflection carefully, especially the financial planning process to avoid waste of resources and efforts.

In this paper, we tried to clarify the effectiveness of financial planning as one of the most important functions that maps the project's road map, which in turn maps the national economy.

It is the basis for large projects because of their easy start-up and does not require significant costs and complex procedures.
