This paper aims to establish the theoretical parameters of digital financial inclusion, and research its reality through an in-depth analysis on a global scale, and then in the Arab region during the period (2011-2021), the study concluded that despite the efforts made, the levels of digital financial inclusion remain below the ambitions of the Arab region.
