the symbolic school adopted principles and principles for it in activating the poetic process, which agrees that poetry represents the link between the visible and the invisible, and an essential tool in expression, a means of suggestion, and a form of creativity and innovation, and then the use of the symbol in this way in forming the poetic image focuses on emotions and psychological dimensions raised by what is external to involve the recipient in what the poet feels, suffers and lives through the image expressing conscience, idea and emotion.

in a figurative expression, poetry gained the means to arouse souls, with its new content and connotations.
