This article aims to study the obstacles to physical activity in sports and education from the point of view of the staff of the professional training Centre in Biskra state.

the researchers used the descriptive curriculum on an intentional sample of 30 staff members of the department of vocational training centers of Biskra state, the researchers relied on the questionnaire and statistical method adopted percentages and Lawshe formula to calculate the stability of the questionnaire according to the halfway method, the findings showed that students in vocational training were welcome to engage in physical and pedagogical sports activity, and that there was no programmer and curriculum to teach physical and pedagogical sports activity at vocational training centers.
