Abstract EN

This paper examines the possible and reasonable options that allow the Arab oil countries to make an energy transition, as they are in harmony with international trends with regard to limiting global warming without sacrificing their most important natural resource, which is oil at the present time.Therefore, the problematic of this article aims to examine the mechanisms of reconciling energy transition requirements and at the same time maintaining the use of this resource and its employment with financial resources to provide coverage of transition costs.

This study relied on the descriptive approach as an appropriate approach to such topics.

The study concluded that switching to environmentally friendly energies is a vital and human necessity to maintain the sustainability of life free of illness, diseases and human losses on this planet.

But this will only happen through gradual stages because the cost will be doubled if the transformation is done urgently, which is represented in the financial burdens of transformation and sacrificing the available natural resources, which guarantee financial
