قيمت هذه الدراسة القيمة الإضافية للإنزيمات على الاستفادة من قوالح الذرة في علف الأرانب النامية، في تجربة غذائية مدتها 8 أسابيع.
و قد استخدم 120 أرنبا مفطوما عمر 5 أسابيع بين ثماني معاملات غذائية تحتوي كل معاملة على 15 أرنبا، في تصميم عاملي 4 × 2 في توزيع عشوائي تام.
إذ تم استبدال دريس البرسيم بقوالح الذرة عند مستويات 0 و 15 و 30 و 45%، في إضافة أو عدم إضافة الإنزيم التجاري كيزيم بمستوي 0 و 500 جم / طن.
و أظهرت النتائج أن الأرانب التي غذيت على عليقة تحتوي على 15% من قوالح الذرة مع الإنزيم سجلت أعلى زيادة في وزن الجسم و دليل الأداء.
و استهلكت الأرانب التي غذيت على عليقة الكنترول مع الإنزيمات أكبر كمية من الأعلاف، يليها الأرانب التي غذيت على علف الكنترول بدون إنزيمات، ثم الأرانب التي تتناول علائق تحتوي على 15% من قوالح الذرة مع الإنزيمات.
بالمقارنة مع جميع المعاملات الأخرى، سجلت الأرانب التي تتغذى على علائق تحتوي 15% من قوالح الذرة مع إضافات للأنزيمات أفضل معدل لتحويل العلف من تلك التي غذيت على علف الكنترول مع إضافة الأنزيمات.
و أدت إضافة الإنزيمات في جميع العلائق التجريبية إلى تحسن معنوي في معاملات هضم المكونات الغذائية بالمقارنة مع تلك التي لم تضاف إليها الإنزيمات.
و لم يكن للتفاعل بين مستويات قوالح الذرة و إضافة الإنزيمات تأثيرا معنويا على النسبة المئوية للذبيحة.
و أظهرت الأرانب التي تتغذى على عليقة تحتوي على 15% من قوالح الذرة مع الإنزيم أعلى عائد اقتصادي.
و خلاصة القول، أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام قوالح الذرة بنسبة 15% من دريس البرسيم في علائق الأرانب النامية من سلالة النيوزيلندى الأبيض لم تؤثر سلبا على أداء الأرانب.
كما أن إضافة الأنزيمات أدت إلى زيادة نسبة قوالح الذرة إلى 30% من دريس البرسيم في العلف.
Abstract EN
One hundred and twenty weanling rabbits aged 5 weeks were allotted to eight treatments containing 15 rabbits each in a 4 × 2 factorial design.
Corn cobs were substituted for berseem at 0, 15, 30, and 45% levels and the diets were also supplemented with multienzymes mixture at 0 and 500 g/ ton.
Rabbits fed the control and diet containing 15 % corn cobs with enzyme had significantly higher growth rate and performance index.
In conclusion, corn cobs at 15% level in substitution of berseem hay in growing rabbit's diet had no adverse effects growth performance, and multienzymes addition could increase corn cobs up to 30 % in diet; moreover, rabbits when fed 15 % corn cobs with enzyme had the highest economic output.
